Today, Jill tag-teams with a corporate HR lead to orchestrate a training program driven by middle management.
In 2019-2021, Jill facilitated an association's strategic plan progress by tapping emerging leaders. The move enhanced the organization's training options and ensured organizational relevance during the pandemic.
Early in the pandemic, Jill envisioned an educational collaboration called the Affiliate Alliance. It allowed multiple associations to pool resources and offer members high-level online education.

Trained as a journalist at the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, our founder makes constituents feel comfortable asking questions and helps them get answers. Work with her to address taboo topics, build a sense of community, or give hidden stakeholders a voice.
In 2021, Jill facilitated the APMP's rebrand focus group and wrote up the related report.

Jill has a connector mentality and peer group exposure (includes C12 and Vistage) that underscores her ability to create and sustain peer groups.
Today, Jill runs an association executive peer group she started in 2020. In 2018, Jill founded the Leaders of MCAA's NextGen (LMN) peer group, which helped newer construction association executives acclimate. In 2016, she helped a local association establish its women’s affinity group, which inspired the national organization to create its own.
